How do I contact you?

Where do I find your showroom?
We are located on the corner in Branksome opposite John Lewis & Home Base. If you struggle to find us give us a call on 01202 741671 we are happy to try and direct you.
Do you have parking?
We have a small layby next to us which has free parking for 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can park in John Lewis or Home base and walk round to us.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Our showroom is wheelchair accessible.
Do you bring samples out with you?
Yes! Our salesman will bring all the samples out to your home so you can match up the colour to your furniture & walls.
Do you leave your sizes?
No, the measurement & fitting service is all part of our expertise, and these will be kept by our salesman.
What guarantee do I get with my blinds?
All our blinds come with a 2-year guarantee, shutters come with a 3-year guarantee and awnings come with a 5-year guarantee.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, New Milton, Ringwood, Ferndown, Wimborne, Wareham, Swanage, Bere Regis, Blandford, Sturminster Marshall, Dorchester and Weymouth.
Orders & Quotes
How do I place an order?
Give us a call or pop into our showroom and we will be happy to take the deposit and get the ball rolling for you.
Can I cancel my order?
With our products being deposit made to measure we can only offer a 24-hour cancellation period from your order placement. After this stage the order is non-cancellable, and your deposit is non-refundable.
Payments
When would my balance be due?
Your remaining balance is due no later than the day before fitting.
Do you offer finance?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a finance option currently.
What payment types do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer or card payment. We do also accept cash & cheques.
Fitting
How long does the fitting take?
This depends on what products you are having, please feel free to ask when the fitting is organised how much time the fitting is scheduled for.
What do I need to do to be ready for the fitting?
We kindly ask that all personal items, furniture, and valuables are removed from the fitting area before the fitters arrive. This speeds up the fitting process and prevents damage to any personal property.
Will you remove & dispose of existing blinds?
Yes, we are more than happy to remove any existing blinds please point this out to the salesman that comes over or give our office a call so we can allow extra time for this to be completed.
Do you follow child safety regulations?
Yes! We must follow child safety regulations.
